Welcome to Internationally Trained Stylist Debbie Carlin!

On May 26, Debbie Carlin will join the NVSC family. With more than 20 years experience in the Baltimore community and her commitment to Education in town and around the world, Debbie brings a fresh perspective to NV Salon Collective . Her cutting skills and willingness to listen are a great gift to clients looking for a special and unique style.

Debbie has attended trainings in London, New York, Italy and many other cities. She has also worn many hats throughout her career including Photo Stylist, Artistic Director and Educator. She has been inspired with education by companies such as Redken, Bumble & Bumble, and Toni & Guy. Her presence in our Hampden salon is an exciting new addition.
