A hair salon located in Baltimore Maryland: NV Salon Collective is a collaboration of like-minded professionals offering salon services in a friendly and relaxing environment. With an atmosphere of cooperation, we hope to provide our guests with exceptional service and style.

Created by Nikki Verdecchia in August 2009, NV Salon Collective is an opportunity to put to practice the experience she has accumulated over her 17 year career as a stylist. She has worn many hats throughout the years including Hair Stylist, Creative Director, Redken National Performing Artist and Freelance Stylist. Her hope is that she will be able to continue to build her skills by sharing knowledge and experience with the staff and clients of NV Salon Collective.
